Job description

A hybrid work model requires at least one day a week in the office.


We are looking for people who:

  • Have 3+ years of experience in user research
  • Demonstrate professional mastery in quantitative and qualitative research methods
  • Demonstrate a mixed-methods approach and use various sources of data to support research findings and to look at a research problem from multiple perspectives
  • Are able to choose the right research method and sample depending on the research challenge and the step of the design process
  • Know how to analyze qualitative and quantitative data, draw conclusions and propose actionable recommendations
  • Know how to create and analyze UX metrics
  • Plan and execute complex research projects independently, from the beginning (recruitment) till the end (reporting, presenting to multiple internal tech and business stakeholders)
  • Are great storytellers - make the stakeholders empathize with our various user groups
  • Create research roadmaps independently 
  • Respect research economics (agile research)
  • Communicate well in English, both speaking and writing (at least B2)
  • Communicate well in Polish, both speaking and writing (at least C1)


The following are also a plus

  • Degree in a related field (eg. psychology, cognitive science, sociology) or completed User Experience courses

In your daily work you will handle the following tasks

  • You will be working in the technology department and be responsible for creating state of the art user experience for our products and services.
  • You will work closely with UX Designers, Data Analysts and Product Managers.
  • You will provide user insights, trends and inspirations at every step of product development.
  • You will carry out qualitative and quantitative research projects to identify user problems, needs and habits.
  • You will create, monitor and report UX metrics.
  • You will create reports, customer journeys and research findings summaries to help stakeholders incorporate user insights into product development.
  • Together with UX Designers, you will create product development and strategic recommendations.
