This position is based at our friendly office in Warsaw and you will join our Team Alpha in Speedboat Program. The Program is in charge of building web and mobile application to our customers – for about 20 Danish banks – solution in the field of investment advisory, trading of bonds and equities and related investment services.

The Speedboat Program focus is on delivering the new features in Investment area with a very close collaboration with our main client NYKredit. 

As QA Coordinator you will work on increasing compliance and maturity level in field of Quality Assurance across the entire Speedboat Program. Speedboat Program includes 3 teams and 30+ specialists. Your main focus will be on design and implementation of QA processes and procedures, making sure they are implemented successfully across teams and are educated appropriately. You will be involved also in cross team testing coordination and reporting. 

At BEC, we prefer to collaborate often in the office, but we also keep the opportunity to work remotely up to 8 days per month. Your direct manager will be Paweł Olszański.

This is a replacement vacancy with planned due date end of October 2025.

Primary task and responsibilities include:

• Implementation of Quality Assurance process, procedures and guidance on a program level
• Close collaboration with internal audit on increasing process maturity and assure proper requirements are in place
• Interacting with various stakeholders, such as QA coordinators, business analysts, developers, subject matter experts
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes
• Supervising of the implementation of procedures and control points on program level including test reporting
• Assuring that work is conducted according to BEC quality standards 
• Creating of educational content, guidance, business cases, presentations, workshops

To succeed you will have: 

• Excellent knowledge and experience in
• Test and quality assurance
• Test techniques, test process and tools
• Agile testing
• +3 years of experience in managing quality team/role
• Proven skills in facilitating workshops, trainings and presentations to different management levels and competences
• ISTQB knowledge on at least foundation level is a must, knowledge of other standards like Tmap will be a plus
• Experience in working with audit or as an auditor will be a great asset
• Outgoing and customer facing approach is essential
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience in Agile ways of working
• Great communication skills, incl. fluent in English (written and spoken)
