We are currently looking for experienced Software Engineering Team Leaders for three of our technical teams in the Provider and Financial Services department, responsible for the development of our products and business support.

The team is highly cohesive, operates on data, and has the technical and product competencies to deliver new solutions from hypothesis to functionality running in production on each platform supported by Booksy.

Your responsibilities:

• Ongoing work in an agile development team - working with architecture and code within the team's responsibilities.
• As a technology owner - you understand and care for the team's technology, you are aware of technical debt, and have a plan for development.
• As a leader - you manage the organization of work within the team, seek improvements, care for the atmosphere, and work with dedication. You exchange experiences with other leaders.
• As a supervisor - you develop, evaluate, and provide feedback. You are responsible for the development and compensation paths of your people.
• As a technical partner - you support the product in choosing the right technical path.
• As a collaborator - you fulfill the contract established with the manager, consult on actions, and determine the development path.

Our requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Team Leader/Engineering Manager - leading a technology team and managing personnel.
• At least 6 years of experience as an engineer in one of the leading backend technologies (preferably Python).
• Practical experience in creating and maintaining microservice architecture.
• Ability to create and support flexible teams responsible for a specific technological area, both in terms of functional development and quality care and technical investments.
• Ability to oversee SLA, solve production problems, and analyze technological metrics.
• Ability to build relationships and support the development of team members.
• Experience in supporting product goals and providing support to Product Managers in determining the right technical paths.
• Proficiency in English at least at B2 level.
• Ability to manage change in a dynamic and evolving environment.
