What will you do?

• Helping to translate business requirements into user stories
• Planning, conducting, and synthesizing research in collaboration with our researchers
• Designing wireframes, screens, and prototypes to illustrate product behavior along defined used cases
• Delivering high-quality visual designs in relation to the existing frameworks and guidelines
• Documenting product requirements and guidelines for following stages of implementation
• Supporting the definition of a product roadmap
• Advocating for and pursuing cross-disciplinary and convergent opportunity areas for design innovation

General expectations:

• 5+ years of professional experience creating digital products
• Experience in working with design systems
• Experience in working closely with developers and with businesses at all stages of the design process, from initial analysis, workshops, sketches, ideas, and concepts through to user research, prototyping, and the final delivery of designs
• Experience collaborating with multifunctional teams
• Experience working on consumer and enterprise products over multiple release cycles
• Confident presentation and storytelling abilities 
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
