Job description

Online interview

For a new software for the handling of parcels in our warehouses we are looking for Mid Product Owner for Scanning Software. The product will be used in various countries as a main or supporting device during warehouse operations. 

 

You will be responsible for supporting product owner in delegated activities such as: 

  • active Backlog management 
  • consolidating customer requirements in form of Epics/User Stories 
  • clearly communicating product backlog items to the team during scrum ceremonies 
  • lead workshops and meetings (internal and with the customer) to capture product   

            requirements 

  • business configuration of application in cooperation with customer 
  • evaluating product progress at each iteration 
  • setting product directions by providing recommendations to the key stakeholders 

 

We expect you to: 

  • have good verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level at minimum) 
  • have pro-active approach 
  • be goal-oriented 
  • be a team player 
  • good communication skills 
  • be open to growth 

 

It would be nice if you have: 

  • experience in working in logistics/courier business (especially in DEPOT operations) 
  • experience in managing stakeholder requirements 
  • assertiveness 
  • have experience in working in an international organization with multiple stakeholders 
  • have at least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis or Product Ownership
