Currently for our client, a leader in digital engineering, we are looking for someone to fulfil Program Manager position.

Responsibilities:

• managing a team of approximately 60 engineers in Poland and across the world
• ensuring cross-functional coordination with engineering, support, product management and cross-team communication to deliver excellent results
• working closely with software engineers (especially in the Polish branch), building a strong culture
• leading global business development activities - working closely with sales, building the offering, working with partners to grow the business.

Job requirements:

• experience with database or cloud products (Snowflake/AWS Redshift/Azure Synapse/Netezza/DB2/Teradata)
• understanding of the technical and governance aspects of the database domain
• experience in leading a large team
• experience in business development activities - building and assisting with sales
