As an Infor Managed Services Cloud Consultant, you will provide break-fix on customizations, systems analysis, and client support for Infor customers across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions. We are subject matter experts of our Infor product suite, capitalizing on our industry knowledge to efficiently provide our customer’s solutions to enhance their business processes.

You will be responsible for ensuring world-class managed services support for worldwide customers, closely cooperate with different internal teams from Infor Global Support, Technical and Functional Support as well as Development Team and Project Managers.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

* Proactiveness in responding to customer query and regular updates on Incidents.

* Analysis of Extension Source Code and development tasks relative to platforms support and service delivery.

* Communicate effectively and appropriately, with both internal and external teams as needed.

* Provide internal and external customers with excellent customer service.

* Actively participate in meetings and co-ordination with other teams.

* Drive technical innovation and efficiency in cloud infrastructure operations via Digital Innovation.

Required skills:

* Excellent skills English language, including both oral and written proficiency

* Experience in Development & Customizations, Migration, Re-Engineering and Test Cases in various functional modules

* Minimum 6 years of experience in ERP development (preferably in LN Development), scripting, and code debugging

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience within the Information Technology field

* Experience with generating and analysis of Trace Files, CGP’s, Parallel Processing

* Openness to learning LN CorePlus & Addon applications as required by daily tasks

* Intermediate to advanced troubleshooting experience

* Interpersonal skills (positive attitude, empathy, proactiveness, reliability and adaptability)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bonus points for experience in added applications like Factory Track, Supplier Exchange, Automotive exchange

* Experience with LN Studio, DAL2, Infor Reporting tool

* Experience with Baan tools, sessions, forms, reports, Multi Main tables (MMT session), 3GL, 4GL Scripts, PL/SQL, DAL2, AFS, User Exists and extensibility

* Hands on experience or familiarity with Infor OS, ION, Workflow, BOD/BDE Development, Webservices, IDM & LN Studio.

* Functional knowledge in Order Management (Purchase and Sales), Warehouse Management or Manufacturing modules of ERP LN
