As a Lead Software Requirements Engineer you will also oversee and control project progress and success with appropriate monitoring and reporting methods, work on the strategic further development of our requirements management process and be a mentor for other requirements managers.


You're a good match if you have:


• Successfully completed technical studies 

• Enthusiasm for the latest technologies in a future-oriented environment 

• Several years of professional experience in creating requirements 

• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English

• Experience in handling of DOORS, Codebeamer or similar tools 

• Extensive experience in the application of series development processes according to Automotive SPICE as well as OEM or Tier1 specific process standards 

• Experience in preparing offers for acquisitions (expense estimates) 

• Understanding of the structure of complex software systems and software engineering processes 

• Knowledge of Scrum or Kanban would be an advantage 

• Experience in leading a team is desirable 

• Project experience with the implementation of ISO26262 (functional safety) is an advantage 

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills 

• Strong communication skills and fun in software development in a team 

• Self-Confidence and high degree of initiative
