For our client, one of the largest biotechnology companies in the world, we are seeking a candidate for the position of: System Expert / Technical Analyst - Enablon Solution.

You will join the Product Development, Integration and Engineering chapter, which aims to build excellence and mastery in innovative software product development capabilities. We provide all software development and integration expertise and technology leadership required across multiple business and foundational teams to leverage technology for improved patient outcomes. It provides rapid prototyping techniques, technology consulting, and advisory to solve particular software solution problems.

The Position:

As the System Expert / Technical Analyst for the Enablon platform your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of the platform and further development of the hosted solutions in a devops setup with a small team. You will be technically accountable for the availability of the system and also has non-technical areas to work on (like validation activities, contractual topics with the vendor and legal etc.). Enablon is our EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) platform and hosts a variety of EHS solutions that are critical for a safe and compliant operation of business ensuring a safe working environment and protecting the health of our employees.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all tasks required for a stable operation of the platform including incident, problem and change management.
• Plan and execute all required monitoring and maintenance tasks incl. upgrades.
• Ensure proper documentation of the hosted solutions is available and maintained.
• Vendor management in daily operations. 
• Collaborate with the product owners of the different solutions in order to understand future requirements towards enhancements and improvements.
• Manage the demand for enhancements and the capacity of the team together with the solution owner on the business side.
• Ensure the devops team has appropriate knowledge about the platform and hosted solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work in a self-organized and structured way.
• Good technical knowhow about Enablon with a focus on configuration, customization, and integration.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and the ability to understand complex business processes and design appropriate technical solutions.
• Proven leadership and project management skills with the ability to lead a team to deliver high-quality results within established timelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and experience in effectively collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations and practices is a plus.
