PPG is in search of an IT Business Analyst-Digital Solutions to collaborate with business units or functional groups to clarify and communicate business requirements, assuring products and services are aligned with business needs. You will become business or function specialist, can be technology generalists or specialists, providing an array of services such as business process improvement, priority-setting facilitation, project definition or design, and broker IT and contract services. 6+ years of experience in IT, business process, or consulting roles with proven success of project implementations required along with knowledge of practices, policies, and procedures in their area. They will have varied responsibilities with moderately complex problem solving, independent analysis, and decision-making skills including experience in the use of technology in managing a business/function process. In addition, an understanding of how IT affects an organization and ability to link it to redesigned business processes and previous experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement is desirable, involving broad based information systems and utilizing tools and techniques to effect business change.

Qualifications:

• A four year degree or higher in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Chemistry, a related discipline or equivalent experience
• Min 6 years of IT or a related discipline experience
• Strong Analytical and conceptual skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including technical writing
• Must have a strong systems and process orientation
• Must be comfortable working remotely using primarily virtual means of collaborating with colleagues and managers
• Track record of participation on IT project teams
• Must be able to work without close supervision
• Self-starter with a commitment to delivering high quality work in a dynamic fast paced environment
• Possess the ability and desire to foster the development of junior team members
