We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 / F&O Support Specialist for our client in the steel industry.


The primary responsibilities of this position will be providing high-quality support for all business functions at the client’s sites running live on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 ERP, as well as assisting with the testing, training, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. The functional analyst will provide support and assist with service desk tickets, as well as being involved in the design and implementation of D365 modules and customizations, working directly with the client’s technical team, business users, and consultants.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the initial implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O in each country in Europe, Middle East, and Africa;
  • Help desk ticket resolution for users;
  • Responsible for the functional support rendered to the end users, which includes issue resolution and ongoing training on improved processes;
  • Collaborate with a group of functional/support analysts in different countries;
  • Be heavily involved with the information technology team to analyze, design, develop, test, and implement the project portfolio for continuous improvement;
  • Work with end users, super users, subject matter experts, and the business transformation team to identify and rectify process or system-related issues;
  • Be heavily involved in system performance/version upgrades and testing;
  • Conduct user training;
  • Communicate effectively in all media and to all levels within the organization.


Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of combined experience in Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365;
  • Experience in at least one full lifecycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 or Dynamics 365 F&O;
  • Financial/accounting and supply chain knowledge;
  • Experience in conducting user training;
  • Ability to establish priorities and work independently.


Nice to have:

  • Certification in Dynamics 365 F&O or AX;
  • Experience in the steel or metal industry.
