We’re looking for a Project Manager passionate about gadgets, IoT and smart devices, who’ll join our team. You may be the one who makes things a little more connected and a lot smarter.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support project leaders in managing project schedules and milestones; ensuring that weekly project statuses are received from teams
• Creation & maintenance of project documentation
• Conducting various analysis, preparing reports, recommending actions when presenting reports to leaders
• Following-up with leaders to support their efforts in data entry and analysis for resources’ planning and controlling
• Optimization of existing processes by proposing and implementing innovations
• Updates of reports’ forms and templates
• Ensure smooth and transparent communication across project team

• MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and alternative Google's apps
• Jira
• Confluence
• Slack
• Lucidchart
• Figma

Skills and Qualifications

• Knowledge & Experience of software design, development
• Understanding of development processes and agile methodologies
• Mastery in problem analysis, problem resolution, decision making and judgment skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage tasks with varying priorities
• Self-starter with ability to prioritize and juggle with competing priorities and make decision in ambiguous situation
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with peers and executives
• Good in English communication for working

Nice to have

• Good presentation skills
• Passionate about gadgets, IoT, and smart devices
• Project Management related course or studies
• Experience of working in and collaborating effectively in multi-site, virtual and cross-cultural contexts
