Mission - ensure the secure and efficient management of user identities and access rights across the digital ecosystem. The primary focus is on implementing processes, policies and technologies to protect sensitive information, prevent unauthorized access, and maintain regulatory compliance.

What you will work on:

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining robust identity and access management solutions based on Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID.
• Managing and administering Microsoft Entra ID tenants, implementing new features that increase security score and bring value to organization.
• Leading tenant to tenant migration projects which include users, mailboxes, applications and data moves.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define access policies, and develop strategies to enhance the overall security and efficiency of our identity and access management systems.
• Serving as a subject matter expert in the areas of Identity and Access Management and Identity Governance and Administration.
• Setup and administering single sign on features for applications including provisioning.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to user authentication, authorization, and directory service operations
• Defining, adjusting, and maintaining joiner, mover, leaver processes are intact with company policies and support business processes.
• Staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in identity and access management area, proactively recommending and implementing improvements to strengthen our security posture.

What you need to succeed in the role:

• Extensive experience in implementing and managing identity and access management solutions using Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Adaxes, Entra ID, SSO.
• Strong understanding of identity federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and their application in hybrid cloud environments.
• Knowledge of tenant-to-tenant migration tools (i.e. Quest On Demand)
• Proficiency with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph to automate identity and access management tasks.
• Solid knowledge of security principles, access controls, and authentication mechanisms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex issues and provide effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Experience delivering global IT services for international company(s).
• Excellent written and spoken English skills and ability to understand & convey complex IT scenarios.
• Service minded attitude and ability to communicate with all levels within the business.
• Knowledge of AWS and Google Cloud is an advantage (relevant for migration purposes).
• Hands-on experience with Identity Governance and Administration tools (One Identity Manager, Omada, SailPoint etc.) is a plus.
